On May 16, at the Pärnu Management Conference, Hansa Grupp CEO Neeme Tammis was announced as the winner of the “Best Manager 2025” competition. The competition was organized by the HR management association PARE, the Estonian Employers’ Confederation, Äripäev and the Pärnu Management Conference.
Neeme’s leadership quality was highly appreciated due to his long-term entrepreneurial experience, social contribution and positive assessments of employees. In addition to successful business management, he is known as a supporter of culture and sports and an active contributor to helping Ukraine. His leadership style is characterized by openness, value-based and readiness for crises, which he sees as an opportunity to grow and learn.
The award was presented by last year’s best manager Ivo Suursoo, who emphasized that Neeme stands out precisely because of his social contribution.
