Hansa Group is an Estonian capital-based group of companies operating in the Baltic States whose core business is bus transport, car rental and full-service leasing, as well as the sale and servicing of commercial vehicles. In addition, the group is active in real estate development and management, financial investing as well as the industrial finishing technologies sector. Hansa Group acquired Interrent franchise in the Baltics

Hansabuss acquires 91 per cent majority holding in Latvian company Tukuma Auto SIA, which in addition to bus transport services in Latvia also offers national and international road transport services through its subsidiary

Hansabuss AS acquired 100 per cent holding in Latvian company AIPS SIA, which in addition to bus transport services also provides maintenance and repair services for buses and operates Bauska bus station through companies belonging to the group

Hansarent OÜ and Mobility Estonia OÜ merged

Latvian bus lines companies Tukuma Auto, Ludzas ATU and AIPS SIA have been all grouped under the brand name of Hansa Lines
